The “Full Wedding Package” includes comprehensive planning and coordination services for weddings. It covers pre-wedding consultations, venue visits, vendor recommendations, and budgeting. The package also involves designing the wedding theme and decorations, creating a detailed wedding day itinerary, and coordinating the day of the event, including the ceremony and reception setup.

Floor Plan Development
As Coordinator

As your Wedding Coordinator, we will:

Provide face-to-face or virtual meetings.

Unlimited email and online communication.

Creating a wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to clients and vendors.

Final walk-through with client at selected sites (Traveling Fee will be applied to final invoice, the first 50 miles is complimentary, $1 per mile thereafter.)

Following up with all vendors

Coordinate a 1 hour Rehearsal. (The traveling Fee will be applied to the final invoice, the first 50 miles are complimentary, and $1 per mile thereafter.)

Wedding Day
Ceremony

Setup ceremony items, i.e. guest book, unity candles, seating chart, place cards, etc.

Ensure personal flowers have arrived at the ceremony location.

Ensure all vendors have arrived on time.
-
Be the point of contact for all vendors and venue site reps.
-
Handle any emergent situations that may arise.
-
Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle.

Cue ceremony musicians when the bridal party is ready to begin the processional.

Gather family and friends for after-ceremony photos.
Before Reception
-
Greet vendors and instruct them as to where to set up, i.e. wedding, band, florist, and caterer.

Setup the Seating Chart

Put the Place Card on the dining table.

Make sure reception flowers/decor are set up according to the clients’ design plan.

Meet with catering staff to confirm the food timeline.
-
Setup guest book and pen, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils.
-
Setup Table Numbers, Names, and Menu Cards.

Set up Wedding favors.
-
Assist in coordinating transportation logistics.
